Brand new online casinos in the Philippines, ranked and checked
6 New casinos founded 2024–2026, of the 16 casinos on our list
We list new online casinos that accept players from the Philippines and show how new each one is, which licence it states, whether it keeps peso accounts and which e-wallets it takes. The figure beside this text counts the casinos founded this year or in the two years before.
Online casinos are legal in the Philippines only with a PAGCOR licence, and players must be 21 or older. The casinos on this list are licensed offshore, mostly in Curaçao or Anjouan, so PAGCOR does not oversee them and a new brand has no payout record yet: start small and test a withdrawal.
This page ranks 6 new casinos that accept players from the Philippines. New means founded this year or in the two years before, by the year each casino states. The ranking, the age bands and the numbers strip all read from the same list, so the figures agree with each review.

Short answer
Which new online casinos are worth trying from the Philippines?
Start with casinos whose licence you can find on the regulator's own register and that pay out to a method you already use, not only take deposits through it. Deposit a small amount, request a small withdrawal, and only then claim a welcome offer you have read the wagering for.

Age of the list
How new are the casinos we list?
The age band shows how many casinos were founded in each year. A casino from this year has the least history for you to check. A casino from two years ago has had time to build a payout record that players can search for.
| Age band | What it means | Casinos | Share | Share |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Year 1 founded 2026 | In their first year of trading | 0 | 0.0% | |

New-brand check
Six checks before your first deposit at a new casino
The six checks turn the unknowns of a young brand into questions you can answer before you deposit. Each check asks for evidence on the casino's own site or on a regulator's register.
-
Licence on the regulator's register
A logo in the footer proves nothing. The licence number and company name must appear on the regulator's own register, with the same domain.
Copy the licence number from the casino's footer and search it on the regulator's public register. Some regulators publish no searchable register; then ask support for the certificate.
You check -
Full terms and conditions published
The general terms, not only the bonus terms, set the rules for withdrawals, inactive accounts and account closure.
Find the terms link in the footer before you register and check that the terms carry a date.
You check -
Withdrawal terms in writing
Weekly and monthly caps, pending times and the KYC trigger decide how fast a win reaches you.
Read the payments section of the terms before the first deposit. Note the weekly cap and the documents asked for.
You check -
Bonus terms you can read before claiming
Wagering, max bet, game weighting and the cap on winnings decide what a welcome offer is worth.
Open the bonus terms from the offer page. If they only appear after deposit, skip the offer.
You check -
A first small withdrawal
The cheapest test of a new casino is a small cash-out early, before you build a balance.
Withdraw a small win to the method you deposited with and note the time to payment.

Responsible gaming tools
Deposit, loss and time limits plus self-exclusion should be in the account menu from day one.
Set a deposit limit before you claim anything; if you cannot, treat it as a warning.

Launch bonuses
New casinos advertise bigger offers. Wagering decides what they are worth
Offers shows the welcome bonuses on this list and what they leave you after wagering. A bigger headline number does not mean a better offer.
expected cost = bonus × wagering × (1 − RTP)
₱60,000 × 40 × 4% =
₱96,000
> ₱60,000
Clearing a bonus costs about bonus × wagering × house edge. At 35x on a slot with 96% RTP, a ₱5,000 bonus costs about ₱7,000 in expected losses to clear, more than the bonus itself.
What is a welcome bonus worth?
WorksheetSet the bonus part of the offer and its wagering. Free spins are left out.
You must bet ₱2,400,000 before the bonus turns into cash. At 96.0% RTP that costs ₱96,000 on average, so the bonus is worth about -₱36,000.

In depth
How we cover new casinos for Filipino players
What we check before a casino goes on the list
Each casino is read against the same points: the licence it states and whether that licence can be found on a register, the general and withdrawal terms, the bonus terms, the payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, and the responsible gaming tools in the account. Our review method and ranking method explain each step.
For players in the Philippines the payment side matters most. Since August 2025, GCash and Maya no longer link to betting sites inside their apps, and many casinos that take e-wallet deposits pay out only by bank transfer or crypto. Every review lists both sides.
The law in the Philippines
Online casinos are legal in the Philippines only under a PAGCOR licence, and players must be 21 or older. The casinos we list are licensed offshore, not by PAGCOR, so PAGCOR's player protections and complaint process do not cover them. PAGCOR revoked all remaining offshore gaming (POGO) licences in December 2024; that covered operators serving players abroad, not the casinos on this list.
If you live or work abroad, the law where you are applies to you. Our country pages cover the countries many Filipinos work in.
Guides for new and experienced players
The guides cover new games, bonus types and how to value them, and the practical side of a young casino: ID checks, terms and conditions, customer support and common mistakes. The full list is in our guides.
Play within limits
Set a deposit limit in the account before you claim a bonus, and stop when your budget is gone. Help is on our responsible gaming and addiction help pages.
Which new casinos are on this list
NewCasinoRank lists 6 new casinos that accept players from the Philippines. Each of them was founded this year or in the two years before.
Cybet, Betum, Reels.io and Wagibet state an Anjouan licence. FunPari and Starzbet state a Curaçao licence. Neither licence is a PAGCOR licence, so the check in the next section applies to every casino here.
How new casinos differ from established ones
A new casino is a brand with a short record. A short record means fewer player reports on withdrawals, support and bonus disputes. The casino may still be run well, but you have less evidence to judge it by.
A new casino also has more to prove. It usually has a smaller game library than an old brand and fewer payment methods in the cashier. Our difference between regular and new online casinos guide sets out these trade-offs in full.
The founding year on each row lets you place a casino on that scale. A casino founded this year sits at the risky end. A casino founded two years ago sits closer to the middle.
What a new casino welcome bonus is worth
A welcome bonus is worth what is left after the wagering. Wagering is the number of times you must stake the bonus before you can withdraw winnings from it. A 35x requirement on a bonus of ₱5,000 means ₱175,000 in bets.
The wagering sits beside the headline offer for a reason. Slots count in full toward most requirements, while table games often count for less. Read which games count before you pick the game you play.
A short expiry window raises the cost again, because rushed play loses more. Our page on new casino bonuses lists the offers with their terms.
Studios at new casinos
The studio decides how a game plays and what its stated return to player is. Studios usually publish the RTP of each game, and many ship more than one version of the same game. The casino picks the version, so the lobby's info screen is the place to read the number.
Live tables come mostly from a small set of studios. The Evolution page shows the tables and game shows players most often look for at new casinos.
Before your first deposit
Test the casino with a small deposit first. Complete the identity check early, so a first withdrawal does not wait on documents. Then request a small withdrawal to the method you plan to use.
A withdrawal that arrives in a few days, to the method you chose, tells you more than any review can. A withdrawal that stalls, or a request to switch method, tells you to stop. Keep your deposits within a budget you set before you start.
Questions
New online casinos in the Philippines: questions
What counts as a new online casino on this site?
A casino founded this year or in the two years before, by the year the casino states. Each casino also shows the date it joined our list.
How do you rank new casinos?
By our published method; see how we rank new casinos. The ranking on this page is limited to casinos that accept players from the Philippines.
Are new online casinos legal in the Philippines?
Online casinos are legal only with a PAGCOR licence. The casinos we list are licensed offshore, so PAGCOR does not oversee them or handle complaints about them. You must be 21 or older.
Are new online casinos safe?
A new casino is as safe as its licence, its terms and its payout record, and a new brand has no payout record yet. Check the licence on the regulator's register and test a small withdrawal first.
Can I deposit with GCash or Maya?
Several casinos on our list take them for deposits through payment processors; few pay out to them. Each review lists deposit and withdrawal methods separately.
Can I play in pesos?
Many casinos on our list keep peso accounts and quote offers in pesos; others convert from dollars or euros at their own rate.
Why do new casinos offer bigger welcome bonuses?
They need their first players, and a large headline offer is the quickest way to get them. The wagering decides what it is worth: at 35x on a 96% slot, clearing a bonus costs more than the bonus.
Are no deposit bonuses available at new casinos?
Some new casinos give free spins or a small amount of free cash for signing up. These offers usually carry a cap on how much you can withdraw from winnings. Our guide to no deposit bonuses explains the caps and how to value the offer.
How do I check a casino licence from the Philippines?
Find the licence number on the casino's footer and search for it on the regulator's own register. If you cannot find the casino there, ask support for the certificate and treat a refusal as a warning. A licence from Anjouan or Curaçao is not a PAGCOR licence.
Is a newer casino better than an older one?
Newer does not mean better. A new casino may offer fresh games and bigger launch offers, but it has a shorter record on withdrawals and support. Judge each casino on its licence, its terms and your own test withdrawal.
Responsible gaming
Play only if you are 21+ and it stays fun
These rules apply on every page of this site. A young casino has less history to judge it by, so the limits matter more.
Adults only, everywhere
You must be 21 or older, and older in some countries. A casino can ask for ID before your first withdrawal, and new casinos often do.
Responsible gamingStart small with an unknown casino
Deposit an amount you would accept losing to a failed withdrawal, and request a small cash-out early to see how the casino handles it.
