1. Choose the casino
Check three things on the review: that the casino accepts players from the Philippines, which licence it states, and which payment methods it lists. Our list of new casinos shows these for every casino, and how we review explains the checks.
Online casinos are legal in the Philippines only under a PAGCOR licence, and players must be 21 or older. The casinos we list are licensed offshore, not by PAGCOR, so PAGCOR's player protections and complaint process do not cover them.
2. Register and verify
- Use your real name, date of birth and address; they must match your ID.
- Confirm your email and phone.
- Upload a government ID and proof of address straight away, so your first withdrawal is not held. See why new casinos ask for ID.
- Set deposit, loss and session limits in the account before you deposit.
3. Deposit
Pick a method you can also withdraw to. Several casinos on our list take GCash or Maya for deposits but pay out only by bank transfer or crypto, so check the withdrawal list first. Pesos avoid a currency conversion; a casino that only runs in dollars or euros charges a spread both ways.
Decide whether to take the welcome bonus before you pay, since it often has to be chosen at deposit. Our beginner bonus guide helps you decide.
4. Learn the game, then play
Play the demo of a slot or RNG table game first. For live games, watch a few rounds before you bet. Our games for beginners and how to choose a game guides cover where to start.
5. Test a withdrawal
After your first win, withdraw a small amount to the method you deposited with and note how long it takes. A casino that delays a small payout will not be faster with a large one.
