How a sticky bonus works
The bonus and your deposit go into one balance. You must finish the wagering before you can withdraw, and when you do, the bonus amount is taken off the total.
Example: you deposit ₱5,000 and get a ₱5,000 sticky bonus. You finish the wagering with ₱18,000. You can withdraw ₱13,000; the ₱5,000 bonus stays with the casino.
How a non-sticky bonus works
Your deposit sits in a cash balance and the bonus in a separate one. You play with the cash first. If you win early you can withdraw and give up the bonus; only if the cash runs out do you move on to bonus money, with wagering on it.
Example: you deposit ₱5,000 with a ₱5,000 non-sticky bonus and turn the deposit into ₱12,000 on your first slot session. You can cash out ₱12,000 and forfeit the bonus, with no wagering at all.

Other names in the terms
- Phantom bonus: another name for sticky; it disappears at withdrawal.
- Parachute or hybrid bonus: the casino's name for non-sticky.
- Time-limited bonus: either type, forfeited if the wagering is not done before the expiry date.
The terms rarely use the words sticky or non-sticky. Look for the order in which balances are used and whether the bonus amount is deducted at withdrawal. Our terms and conditions guide shows where to find them.
