What the age band on each casino means
- Year 1 Founded this calendar year; almost no payout history.
- Year 2 Founded last year; terms and payment routes may still change.
- Year 3 Founded two years ago; the last band we count as new.
- Older Founded earlier; shown for comparison, not in the new-casino ranking.
A founding year is the casino's own claim. A rebrand of an older site can state a recent year, so treat the band as a starting point and check the licence entry as well.

How do you decide a casino is new?
By the founding year it states: this year or the two before.
A casino counts as new while its founding year falls inside that window. After that it moves to the older band and leaves the new-casino ranking. The ranking rules are set out on our how we rank page.
What does the date a casino joined our list mean?
The day its review was published; it shows how long we have followed it.

Do you test withdrawals?

Why does a PAGCOR licence matter more than other licences?
The licence table above lists PAGCOR as the only licence that makes an online casino legal for players in the Philippines. Curaçao, Anjouan, Malta and Kahnawake licences are offshore and carry no PAGCOR protection. PAGCOR's licensing powers rest on the PAGCOR Charter. Check the register entry before you deposit.
Can I pay a licensed casino in crypto?
Crypto payments at licensed operators in the Philippines are prohibited. Our reviews list withdrawal methods separately, so you can see whether a casino pays out by crypto. A crypto payout route is a reason to check the casino's licence on the register.
Do your reviews cover safer gambling?
