Causes and fixes
| Problem | What you see | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Code typed wrong or entered late | Bonus not credited | Copy-paste the code before paying; ask support before you bet |
| Deposit under the minimum | No bonus after deposit | Top up to the minimum only if the terms allow it |
| Excluded payment method | Deposit accepted, no bonus | Check the list of eligible methods first |
| Max bet breached | Bonus and winnings voided | Stay well under the limit; ask support once |
| Game does not count | Wagering meter does not move | Switch to games that count 100% |
| Expired | Promotion ended | Start wagering soon after the bonus lands |
| Second account flagged | Account frozen | Verify your ID and ask for a review |
| VPN or location mismatch | Offer greyed out or voided | Turn the VPN off; play only where the casino accepts you |
Before you claim
- Read the bonus terms: wagering, max bet, expiry, excluded games and payment methods.
- Enter the code or tick the bonus box before you pay.
- Deposit at least the minimum with an eligible method.
- Check that the bonus balance appears before your first bet.
- Set a bet limit in the account at or below the max bet.
When wagering stalls
Table games usually count 10% to 20%: ₱1,000 bet on baccarat clears only ₱100 to ₱200 of wagering. Live games and jackpot slots are often excluded. If the meter crawls, check the weighting table and move to slots that count in full.
Choose lower-volatility slots while clearing a bonus: they spread the balance over more spins and make it likelier you reach the end of the wagering.
If the casino voids your bonus
Ask support in writing which term was broken, and keep the chat transcript and your screenshots of the offer. Some casinos restore a bonus once as goodwill. If they do not and you believe the terms were followed, complain to the casino's licensing regulator; PAGCOR does not handle complaints about offshore casinos.
