New online casinos by country
7 Countries with a page on our list, each with the casinos that accept players there
Pick a country to see the casinos on our list that accept players there, with the law on online casinos and the legal risk of playing. The same offshore casino can be legal to use in one country and an offence in the next.
Many readers of this site are Filipinos living or working abroad. While you are in another country its gambling law applies to you, whatever your nationality and whichever country the casino is licensed in.
The countries hub is the index for every country page on New Casino PH. Each country page applies the same three checks: which listed casinos accept players there, what the national law says about online casinos, and what that law means for the player. The checks are repeated for every country so that pages can be compared.
A casino's licence governs the casino. The player stays under the law of the country where they sit. The countries hub keeps these two questions apart, so a casino listing never reads as a legal green light. A listing is a statement about the casino's terms, not about your legal position.

Philippines licenses online casinos locally
The casinos listed here are licensed offshore, not by the local regulator, so local player protection does not cover them. Check the law and your own risk before you play.

Every country page
Each page shows the casinos that do not block the country, the law on online casinos there and the legal risk for players.
In depth
How the country pages work
What each page shows
- The casinos on our list whose terms do not block the country.
- The law on online casinos there, with its legal status, age limit and penalties.
- A plain risk line: where players themselves can be fined or jailed, the page says so first.
How to choose the right country page
The country pages answer one question: what changes for a player when the country changes? Each page starts with the legal position, because the legal position decides whether the rest of the page matters. The casino list comes second, and it follows the terms each casino publishes.
Choose the page for the country where you are physically located when you play. The country of your passport and the country where your account was opened do not decide which law applies. Location at the time of play decides it.
If you travel often, read the pages for each country on your route. The same account can be fine to use in one country and an offence in the next.
Why a casino appears on one country page and not another
A casino can appear on one country page and be missing from another. The cause is the casino's own terms. Each casino lists the countries it does not accept, and a country page shows only the casinos that do not block that country.
Those restrictions come from the casino, not from us. A casino may block a country because of its licence conditions, its payment partners or its own risk rules. Terms can change, so a casino that accepts a country today may block it later. Check the terms again before you register.
What the country pages cannot tell you
A country page is a guide to the law and to casino terms. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace the rules of the place where you are. Laws change, and enforcement differs from one country to the next.
A country page also does not test the casinos for you. It does not promise that a casino will pay out, that a bonus is fair or that a complaint will be handled. Those checks belong to each casino's review and to the ranking method.
Where a country page says players can be fined or jailed, treat that line as the first thing to read. A bonus or a game list should never outweigh it.
For Filipinos working abroad
Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom and Canada are all common destinations for overseas Filipino workers, and their rules range from fully licensed markets to criminal bans with prison terms for players. Read the country page before you play from abroad: an account opened in the Philippines does not change the law where you are.
At home in the Philippines the rules are different. Online casinos are legal in the Philippines only under a PAGCOR licence, and players must be 21 or older. The casinos we list are licensed offshore, not by PAGCOR, so PAGCOR's player protections and complaint process do not cover them.
Questions
Countries: questions
How do you decide which casinos appear on a country page?
A casino appears when its terms do not block that country. The order comes from our ranking method.
Does a casino accepting my country make it legal for me to play?
No. The casino decides which countries it accepts under its own licence; whether you may play depends on the law where you are.
I am an OFW. Which law applies to me?
The law of the country you are in. Several countries, including Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, can punish players, not only operators.
Can I use my Philippine casino account while abroad?
The casino may block the country you are in, and its local law applies to you there. Check both before you log in.
What is an offshore casino?
A casino licensed outside the country it serves, for example in Curaçao or Anjouan.
Which country page should I read first if I work abroad?
Read the page for the country you are physically in. Its law applies to you there, whatever your nationality or the casino's licence. The Singapore page covers one market where players themselves can be punished, and the Japan page covers another. Read the new page again each time you move to a new country for work.
Why does a country page list fewer casinos than the main ranking?
A country page lists only the casinos whose terms do not block that country. The main ranking covers every casino on our list, so it is longer. The order on both lists follows the method explained on the how we rank page, which also describes what the ranking ignores.
Does a casino on a country page hold a licence in that country?
No. A listing means the casino's terms do not block the country. The licence is a separate fact, and each casino states its own. A listing therefore says nothing about whether the casino is licensed or regulated where you live.
Where can I find help if gambling is causing problems while I am abroad?
Support does not depend on where a casino is licensed or where you play from. Start with the basics: set limits, take a break and talk to someone you trust. The gambling addiction page gathers help resources and explains the warning signs.
Responsible gaming
Play only if you are 21+ and it stays fun
These rules apply on every page of this site. A young casino has less history to judge it by, so the limits matter more.
Adults only, everywhere
You must be 21 or older, and older in some countries. A casino can ask for ID before your first withdrawal, and new casinos often do.
Responsible gamingStart small with an unknown casino
Deposit an amount you would accept losing to a failed withdrawal, and request a small cash-out early to see how the casino handles it.
How we review new casinosSet limits before the welcome offer
Bonus wagering keeps you playing longer. Set a deposit limit and a time limit in the account before you claim.
Set your limitsFree, confidential support
If playing stops being fun, talk to someone. Gambling Therapy offers free support in many languages.
