How to read them quickly
- Open the terms from the footer and note the date at the top.
- Search for: withdraw, limit, void, dormant, country, bonus.
- Read the bonus terms for the specific offer, not only the general bonus policy.
- Ask support about anything unclear and keep the chat transcript.
Red flags
- A weekly withdrawal cap far below what you might win, with large wins paid in instalments over months.
- Clauses letting the casino void winnings for vague reasons such as irregular play.
- Fees on withdrawals or on your own deposit.
- Terms with no date, or changes without notice.
- No named regulator or complaint route.
Why the licence behind the terms matters
The regulator decides what a casino may put in its terms and where you can complain. Online casinos are legal in the Philippines only under a PAGCOR licence, and players must be 21 or older. The casinos we list are licensed offshore, not by PAGCOR, so PAGCOR's player protections and complaint process do not cover them. A complaint about an offshore casino goes to its own regulator, such as the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
Our reviews show each casino's stated licence; how we review explains how we check it.
