Licence and the Philippine rules

Starzbet states a Curaçao licence.

Curaçao licences are issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance, in force since 24 December 2024. The seal in the casino's footer should open a validation page on the regulator's own domain; if it does not, ask support for the licence number.

Starzbet states a Curaçao licence, and our records list the same licence. Starzbet was founded in 2024, so it is still inside our new-casino window. Its age shows only that it is young, and it says nothing about how the casino handles disputes.

Starzbet is not licensed for the Philippines in our records. A PAGCOR licence is what places a casino inside the Philippine regulatory framework. Without one, Starzbet sits outside that framework, and a Filipino player has no local regulator for a complaint.
