Paripesa review: a Curaçao casino from 2014 that restricts the Philippines

2014 Founding year · On our list since 24 Jun 2021 · Established casino

Paripesa was founded in 2014 and states a Curaçao licence. Its terms list the Philippines as a restricted country, so you cannot open an account from here.

Paripesa's deposit list mixes cards, Skrill, Neteller and crypto with wallets for South Asia. There is no Philippine e-wallet. The lobby is very wide, from Evolution live tables to slots by Playson, Wazdan, Endorphina and BGaming.

Short answer

Should you try Paripesa?

Not from the Philippines. Paripesa restricts Filipino players in its terms, and an account opened from here can be closed with the balance held. The review stays up for readers elsewhere and for comparison; the casinos on our front page accept players from the Philippines.

  1. Licence on the regulator's register

A logo in the footer proves nothing. The licence number and company name must appear on the regulator's own register, with the same domain.

Copy the licence number from the casino's footer and search it on the regulator's public register. Some regulators publish no searchable register; then ask support for the certificate.

Find the terms link in the footer before you register and check that the terms carry a date.

  3. Withdrawal terms in writing

Weekly and monthly caps, pending times and the KYC trigger decide how fast a win reaches you.

Read the payments section of the terms before the first deposit. Note the weekly cap and the documents asked for.

  4. Bonus terms you can read before claiming

Wagering, max bet, game weighting and the cap on winnings decide what a welcome offer is worth.

Open the bonus terms from the offer page. If they only appear after deposit, skip the offer.

  5. A first small withdrawal

The cheapest test of a new casino is a small cash-out early, before you build a balance.

Withdraw a small win to the method you deposited with and note the time to payment.

Live · offers

The listed offer is a headline figure. Packages this large are split over several deposits and need large deposits to unlock in full, so the worksheet starts at ₱20,000. Paripesa's wagering is not in the offer we list, so set it from the bonus terms before you claim.

What it means for you At 35x, a ₱20,000 bonus means ₱700,000 in bets before you can cash out. On a slot with 96% RTP that costs about ₱28,000 on average.

For a new casino, change is the signal: a shrinking offer, a new licence or a dropped payment method in the first months tells you more than a launch press release.

Our review

Paripesa in detail

Pros
  • Studios include Amatic, Betsoft and BGaming
Cons
  • Does not accept players from the Philippines
  • No PAGCOR licence

Licence and the Philippine rules

Paripesa states a Curaçao licence.

Curaçao licences are issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance, in force since 24 December 2024. The seal in the casino's footer should open a validation page on the regulator's own domain; if it does not, ask support for the licence number.

Access from the Philippines

Paripesa's terms name the Philippines among the countries it does not serve. Do not get round that with a VPN: casinos check where you play from at sign-up and at withdrawal, and a breach of the country rule is a standard reason to void winnings and close the account.

Games and studios

The lobby is very wide, from Evolution live tables to slots by Playson, Wazdan, Endorphina and BGaming.

The casino gives an estimate of about 2,000 games. Counts like this include every variant of the same slot, so the number of distinct games is lower.

Many slots come in several RTP versions and the casino picks which one to run. Open the game's info screen and check the RTP before you play for money; our guide what RTP means at new casinos explains the numbers.

Deposits and withdrawals

Paripesa's deposit list mixes cards, Skrill, Neteller and crypto with wallets for South Asia. There is no Philippine e-wallet.

Crypto is legal to hold in the Philippines, and exchanges registered with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, such as Coins.ph and PDAX, sell it for pesos. Every conversion costs a spread, and a coin's price can move between your deposit and your withdrawal.

The welcome offer

Paripesa's listed offer is shown at the top of this page as the casino states it. Three terms decide what it is worth: the wagering multiple, the maximum bet while you wager, and any cap on winnings from the bonus.

Read the worksheet above with the real wagering from the terms. Playing without the bonus is often the better deal; see sticky and non-sticky bonuses for how bonus money is handled.

Questions

Paripesa: questions

Is Paripesa a new casino?

No. It gives 2014 as its founding year, so it has been running for some years. Age alone does not prove it pays reliably; test a small withdrawal first.

Is Paripesa licensed?

It states a Curaçao licence. It holds no licence from PAGCOR, the Philippine regulator. Check the licence number from the footer on the regulator's own register.

Can I play at Paripesa from the Philippines?

No. Paripesa's terms list the Philippines as a restricted country. Using a VPN breaks those terms and is a common reason for voided winnings. See the casinos on our front page instead.

What is the Paripesa welcome bonus?

The listed offer is ₱73,000 + 150 Free Spins. The full package, including any free spins, and the wagering are in the casino's bonus terms; read them before you claim.

These rules apply on every page of this site. A longer track record helps, but limits matter at every casino.

21+ only

Adults only, everywhere

You must be 21 or older, and older in some countries. A casino can ask for ID before your first withdrawal, and new casinos often do.
