The gaming software developer Yggdrasil is coming up with a new progressive jackpot online slot machine: Jackpot Express. The new title is the latest development of what is now a solid list of jackpot games, which includes Jackpot Raiders, Ozwin's Jackpots, and The Stolen Stones.

Jackpot Express is a five-reel slot with 20 paylines that takes the player on a riverboat cruise in the quest for amazing prizes and wins. Jonas Strandman, the Senior Product Strategist at Yggdrasil Gaming, says that there are many different chances to win the jackpots and that the spin modes can be quite entertaining.

Three Spin Modes

The three spin modes are a distinct feature of this game. Each of them takes the player to a casino table game. The player can imagine themselves playing at a casino on board of their riverboat cruise. In a way, the slot presents a "casino buffet" where one gets everything in the same place.

The card-free spins deals a card for the player and also the house; if the player wins, they get a sticky wild. The dice free spins give the player a multiplier for the win of the respective spin. Finally, the roulette free spins can return several different outcomes and prizes.

Progressive Jackpot

Unusually, there are three jackpots in this game, and it's good to know that they are linked with the above-mentioned Jackpot Raiders, also from Yggdrasil. The available sums can snowball, especially as the Raider's title has already gained traction. The Express title is expected to follow close to its sister slot success.

The three jackpots comprise mini, side, and major wins. The player is faced with a Jackpot Wheel and has to go for the arrow symbol that will allow him to rise. The jackpot game will be activated when the player gets three bonus icons, just like the "casino" free spins modes.
